Overview

The Roster Loading Report allows the user to view where customers per sales person exceeds the target. It returns a table containing statistics for the ???. The purpose of this application is .

Custom terminology allows you to define the retail terminology used within your business. Once defined, terminology automatically appears on criteria forms and reports. For more information on defining custom terminology refer to the article Custom Terminology.

Criteria Form

Refer to the article Report Criteria Form Standard Field Operation for help with the standard criteria form fields.

The following table describes the operation of non-standard fields where appropriate.

Field Description
Review Week Ending This date field defines the week to be reported on.
Store This drop-down field identifies the store to be reported on.
Analyze This Many Weeks Data This numeric entry field defines the historic number of weeks the report will use to calculate estimated transactions. The report will analyse the nominated number of weeks up to and including the Week Ending date entered.
To Week Ending This date field is used in conjunction with Analyze This Many Weeks Data to define the historic weeks the report will use to calculate estimated transactions.
Calc Statistics Using This drop-down field determines whether report values are calculated using actual transaction in the or estimated transaction calculated from the historic value applied against the sales target for the period.
Highlight Hours >= If the number of customers that will be served by a single sales person in a given time slot exceeds the number entered in this field, the report will highlight the cell in red.

The following table describes non-standard columns where appropriate.

Column Description
Day This column shows the day of the week. Clicking on the hyperlink takes you to a report on the day.
Estimated Transactions This column shows the estimated number of transactions for the store.
Actual Transactions This column shows the actual number of transactions for the store.
% Inc / Dec This column shows the percent of increase or decrease.
Avg Customers per Hour This column shows the average number of customers per hour for the store.
Peak Customers per Hour This column shows the peak number of customers per hour for the store.
Peak Customers per Sales Person This column shows the peak number of customers per sales person in the store.
No.Hours Customers Per Sales Person > Target If the number of customers that will be served by a single sales person in a given time slot exceeds the number entered in Highlight Hours > =, the report will highlight the cell in red.
Timesheet Staff
Customers per Sales Person This column shows the calculated number of customers per sales person on the day.
